Straight answers

Questions people ask before trusting us.

Is Euclid File Solutions legit, or a scam?

Euclid File Solutions LLC is a registered Florida limited liability company, document number L22000359200, with its office at 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 501-12, Clearwater. You can confirm this yourself in the Florida Division of Corporations record.

We never ask for upfront payment, credit card information or banking logins, and every engagement is governed by a written service agreement. If anyone using our name asks for any of these, it is not us.

Is Euclid Asset Recovery the same company?

Yes. Euclid Asset Recovery LLC is our former name. The Florida record for document number L22000359200 lists it in the company's name history, so reviews, posts and directory listings under either name refer to the same business. Our name, office and phone number today are Euclid File Solutions LLC, 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 501-12, Clearwater, (813) 680-2054.

Why does a Reddit post ask whether Euclid is a scam?

A post in Reddit's r/Scams community asked whether Euclid Asset Recovery, our former name, might be an elaborate scam. Its author later added an update saying we appear to be legitimate, but the original title is what shows in search results.

We understand the caution. Asset recovery scams are real, and the safest response to an unexpected letter or call is to check. Use the staff directory, our Florida business record and our BBB profile, or call (813) 680-2054.

I am a notary. Is a request from Euclid genuine?

Yes, if it comes from someone in our staff directory using an @euclidfilesolutions.org email address. Our file specialists arrange notary appointments so clients' claim documents are properly signed. For any question about an appointment or payment for one, call our main office at (813) 680-2054.

Where can I read independent reviews of Euclid File Solutions?

Clients review us independently on our Better Business Bureau profile, which also lists any complaints filed with the BBB. A client's own account, on video with a full transcript, is on our client reviews page.

What should I do if someone using the Euclid name asks for money upfront?

Stop the conversation. A genuine Euclid representative never asks for upfront payment. Call our main office at (813) 680-2054 and report it to us.

Do I need Euclid File Solutions to claim my money?

No. You can search your state's official unclaimed property program yourself; unclaimed.org lists every state's program. Many people do. Help matters most when a claim needs estate, heir, business or court documents, or covers accounts in more than one state. Our role is to manage that process for you, for a success-based fee with no upfront cost.

Confirmed it is us? Speak with your file specialist.

Something doesn't feel right?

Tell us. We would rather hear from you than lose your trust.

If someone claiming to represent Euclid asks for payment, card details or banking logins, stop the conversation and contact our main office directly using the details on this page, not the ones you were given.
