How do I know Euclid File Solutions is legitimate?

We understand that being contacted about previously unknown financial matters can raise concerns. We do not request upfront payment, credit card information or sensitive banking credentials. All services are governed by written agreements that clearly outline our role, responsibilities and compensation.

Are you a collection agency?

No. We do not collect debts or pursue individuals for money owed. Our work involves identifying matters where funds, accounts or financial interests are owed to our clients, not the other way around.

How did you find me?

Our team researches lawful, reputable data sources and public records, which may include historical address information, corporate filings and vital records, to identify the rightful party and make sure we reach the correct person or entity.

How does Euclid get paid?

Our services are success-based, with no upfront fees. We earn compensation only after a matter is resolved and the funds or assets are released to you, as set out in the signed service agreement. If a matter cannot be resolved, you owe nothing.

How long does the process take?

Timelines depend on the matter and the entity involved. Some cases resolve within a few months; others, particularly those involving estates, multiple parties or court review, take longer. We keep you updated throughout.

Will my information remain confidential?

Yes. Client information is used solely for verification and resolution, and is never sold or shared outside the scope of the engagement.
